Orders are process every day Monday to Saturday, for orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Excluding English Bank Holidays.

Request Return: Email sales@iculondon.co.uk within 14 days with order number and reason.
Item Condition: Unworn, original packaging.
Return Process: £9.99 in the UK via DHL; international customers pay return shipping based on local courier.
Approval and Label: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund: Processed within 5-10 working days via original payment method. Refunds for returned frames exclude postage fees and any customs and duties paid by us on your behalf. These will be deducted from your total refund.
